Human Capital Development Manager

The role of a Human Capital Development Manager involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. This position plays a crucial part in fostering a productive work environment by consulting executives on management-level decisions and promoting sustainable growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing human capital strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to drive organizational success.
  • Addressing employee concerns, demands, and complaints, bridging management and employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to support business needs, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of top talent.
  • Designing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment and overseeing performance appraisal systems to promote employee growth and development.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive with a strong track record of success in human capital development.
  • A people-oriented and results-driven individual with demonstrable experience in HR metrics, able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor laws, with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with competence in building interpersonal relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
