We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to spearhead end-to-end project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Oversee project scopes, contractual obligations, and ensure all operations align with corporate standards and client expectations.

This position demands extensive experience in international contract & large-scale projects management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project management from initiation to closure, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  2. Manage contract negotiations, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  3. Build relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables.
  4. Analyze project metrics and prepare reports highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
  5. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns.
  6. Oversee change management processes, documenting scope changes and their impact.
  7. Mentor project coordinators and junior staff to improve team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in project and contract management, particularly in furniture or construction industries.
  • Proven success in managing large projects, budgets, and timelines.
  • Knowledge of contract law, project management methodologies, and construction practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
