Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Leader with a strong background in sales analysis, process improvement, and team management. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and fostering a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.

In this role, you'll oversee the entire sales technology stack, including CRM systems and other sales tools, to guarantee optimal utilization and effectiveness. You'll also administer and manage compensation plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive desired behaviors and motivate the sales team.

Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, communicate complex information to different audiences, and provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements
  • 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Business Development within the IT Industry.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes, technology stack, and compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Tech Industry.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
