Job Overview:
Civil Engineers play a crucial role in the construction and infrastructure development sector. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of apartment and restaurant projects, guaranteeing their timely completion within budget constraints.
- Supervise daily operations at construction sites, maintaining smooth workflow and optimal productivity levels.
- Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and proper HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) techniques, mitigating potential risks and hazards.
- Coordinate with contractors to implement any changes in project plans, guaranteeing seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Monitor projects' cost and time efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Select and manage project tools, materials, and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Track and record material and labor costs incurred during construction, providing transparent financial reporting.
- Identify and resolve potential problems at the site, fostering a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with site workers, contractors, and suppliers, promoting collaborative work environments.
