Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in providing world-class support to our customers.

This role requires a highly skilled technical support specialist who can provide bilingual French & English email, chat and voice support. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining our support processes and working with our team to develop and scale the technical support function.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced technical support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and working collaboratively with our product and engineering teams to identify and address customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bilingual French & English email, chat and voice support - Answer inbound inquiries coming through our support hotline, live chat feature or support email address during Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Customer Service Analysis - collect customer support requests and bugs and relay findings to the product and engineering teams to address these issues
  • System Evaluation - evaluate our existing tools and work with engineering to develop tools to enable this function to scale
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Native speaker in French and English (US)
  • Skilled in written communication (both French and English)
  • Natural instinct to empathize with users
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
