Job Role:

A highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer is required to lead the technical implementation and ongoing development of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, as well as third-party services.
  • Implement user registration, profile features, and content publishing tools to enhance user experience.
  • Create basic Content Management System (CMS) features for blog, newsletter, and updates.
  • Develop and automate content pipelines for newsletters, social media posts, and podcast uploads.
  • Integrate social sharing and analytics tools to monitor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Optimize hosting and domain configurations for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and scale the platform as traffic and functionality increase.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Next.js, along with backend skills in Node.js or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as Netlify, Vercel, or similar.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integration.
  • Basic design skills, preferably with knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Working knowledge of Git/GitHub, with a focus on collaboration and version control.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in web development.
  • Ability to automate or schedule social media content, enhancing brand presence.
  • Passion for working with nonprofit, mission-driven initiatives.
