We are seeking a skilled Professional Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing CPD initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CPD Program Administration: Support the implementation of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals
  • Training Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications
  • Development Materials Preparation: Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees
  • Individual Development Plans: Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development or a similar HR function
  • Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant CPD, HR or L&D certifications will be an advantage
