At Mous, we are growing rapidly and need a talented individual to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in driving smart forecasting and owning the monthly S&OP forecast cycle for assigned product categories.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and translate business goals into accurate forecasts. You will work cross-functionally with product, commercial, and production teams across different time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive smart forecasting and own the monthly S&OP forecast cycle for assigned product categories.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, commercial, and production teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Maximise sea freight opportunities during the S&OP forecast cycle.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure demand planning reflects planned NPD launches and trading promos.
  • Own the annual SKU rationalisation process for assigned product categories.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and availability through demand planning and collaboration with commercial and marketplace teams.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in demand planning or sales forecasting, ideally handling diverse and extensive SKU portfolios.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and predict new product and SKU performance.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and incorporate qualitative insights into quantitative forecasts.
