
Business Development and Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist or Sales Closer to connect with clients, pitch our services, and close deals.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of USA calling experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, and a neutral or American accent. They should also be able to understand client needs and turn conversations into successful partnerships.
In this role, you will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed targets, and provide great customer service to nurture lasting relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Connect with Clients: Call potential customers in the USA through cold calls, warm leads, and follow-ups.
- • Pitch Our Services: Offer tailored solutions like Website Development, Custom Software, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, and more.
- • Close Deals: Understand client needs and turn conversations into successful partnerships.
- • Manage Leads: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- • Team Up: Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed targets.
- • Deliver Excellence: Provide great customer service to nurture lasting relationships.
- Requirements:

- • Language: Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
- • Proven Closer: Track record of closing deals over the phone.
- • Digital Expertise: Knowledge of website and software services is a bonus.
