Job Title

The Property Administrator role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner.

About the Job
  • This is a key position within our organization, responsible for producing and issuing Purchase Orders based on instructions from the development team.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent numeracy skills and be able to utilize standard software provided by our organization to raise Purchase Orders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Generating Purchase orders (PO's) for capital projects, utilizing a standard template generated from various officers.
  2. Ensuring PO's accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template.
  3. Issuing PO's in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays.
  4. Utilizing standard software provided by our organization to raise PO's.
  5. Managing 80 projects per annum that require Purchase orders raised, with typically 20 purchase orders per project.
