Digital Marketing Director - EdTech Campaigns

This role focuses on designing and optimizing paid campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms, with an emphasis on creativity and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results in the EdTech space.

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to EdTech audiences.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting) to achieve performance goals.
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct audience research, and create targeted, compelling content.
  • Own end-to-end paid social and SEM campaigns, including budgeting and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive results.
  • Mentor team members and provide leadership to enhance team performance and innovation.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven success in performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in D2C marketing with a strong grasp of acquisition strategies and customer funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing workflows.
  • Background in EdTech or familiarity with educational platforms is a plus.
