Brand Strategy Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Strategy Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights, shaping and communicating our vision and mission, and leading the development and execution of Brand Strategy based on Business Objectives & Strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Lead creative development to motivate target audiences to take action
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to optimize brand strategy and campaigns

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  2. 8+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies
  4. Experience in managing digital performance marketing campaigns
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key audience insights
  6. Excellent communication and project management skills
  7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  8. Knowledge of digital products and platforms is preferred
