The ideal candidate will engage in strategic outreach, cultivate client relationships, and leverage market insights to propel our offerings in the e-commerce sphere.

  • Identify potential clients through targeted outreach channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools to effectively track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing our e-commerce platform, which includes online store capabilities, payment integration, and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to develop customized proposals and pricing models. Negotiate deal terms, prepare contracts, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales pipeline status and forecasts, using data-driven insights to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance process efficiency.
