Technical Solutions Specialist

The role of the Technical Solutions Specialist is to serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. This involves understanding client needs and demonstrating how our company's solutions can address those needs effectively. The specialist will craft tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present solutions that leverage our offerings.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
  • Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and other documentation to support the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
  • Ai Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including various Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
  • Technical Background: Solid technical background with proficiency in prompt engineering and programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java, as well as web technologies.
  • Sales Experience: Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.
  • Language: Strong knowledge of both English at business level
  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
