About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Credit Scoring Strategist to drive growth while managing risk in our digital lending portfolio. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, deep understanding of credit risk principles, and an ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and implementing credit scoring models that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize automated credit decisioning rules that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, implement, and refine product offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, segmentation, and profiling of customer data to identify credit risk patterns and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit risk analytics, credit scoring model development, or data science roles within the financial services sector.
