Job Description

XAD Technologies is a leading provider of IT Networks, Telecommunication Solutions, and other services.

  • We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement a growth plan for our business in Pakistan.
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for our business in Pakistan.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani IT and Telecom market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a company in Pakistan.
  • Experience working with government agencies.
