Senior Full Stack PHP Developer

MWAN Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of new and existing platforms and applications in Islamabad office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing IT systems against agreed scope and requirements, designing, developing, and installing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cutting-edge web-based applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with User Experience team to build innovative and state-of-the-art applications.
  • Design and develop software solutions against requirement needs, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Evaluate analysis and determine operational feasibility by recommending proposed solutions.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions through clear documentation and code.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications and programming.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
Job Specification
  • 5 years of experience as a PHP / Laravel developer.
  • Experience in building CRM, HRM, E-commerce, and Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
  • Proficiency in software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat).
  • Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
  • Creative and efficient problem solver.
  • Expertise in Node.JS.
  • Ability to utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
  • Lead the entire web application development life cycle from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Effective communication with the team on task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules, and technical issues.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  • Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager informed of development status and serve as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in web development.
