Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions on a daily basis.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintaining company ledgers and ensuring the accuracy of transactions is essential in this position.
  • The individual will also be responsible for handling invoices, approving or denying payments, and completing tax forms.
  • Furthermore, they will be required to enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.
  • Recording of debits and credits.
Key Skills:
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Good concentration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
  • Minimum two years' experience in accounting/finance field.

Work from home.

Must be able to work in GMT hours (08:00 – 17:00).
