We're seeking an experienced Upwork expert to join our team and help drive growth through high-performance eCommerce solutions.

This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to build and scale multiple Upwork profiles, leveraging your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing and optimizing Upwork profiles for maximum visibility
  • Keyword research and profile A/B testing
  • Writing, sending, and tracking high-converting proposals
  • Analyzing what works and why (and constantly improving)
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth on Upwork

You'll be working closely with our project and design teams to tailor proposals and drive results. If you're a sales-obsessed, hungry professional who loves building systems and scaling results, we want to hear from you

About this role:

  • Base salary + very high commissions on closed deals
  • Bonuses for performance and long-term wins
