The role of a Sales Representative at our boutique hospitality brand is to convert the comfort of a hotel stay into a promising getaway experience that guests can't resist. As a key member of our team, you will be the first friendly voice our guests hear and the one that converts curiosity into confirmed stays.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and digital inquiries from potential guests. You will share the story of our brand, highlighting its design, details, and breakfast views, and work to convert interest into bookings through genuine conversations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a helpful and friendly attitude, and people-oriented approach. Experience in hospitality or high-end service is preferred, but not required. You will also need to be organized, proactive, and attentive to follow-ups.
