We are seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support the management and expansion of our operations.

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing and updating website content, implementing SEO strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and developing engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Website Management
    Maintain the company's website content to ensure it is optimized for search engines and performs well.
  2. SEO and Digital Marketing
    Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, create and manage digital marketing campaigns, and develop engaging content for social media channels.
  3. Social Media Management
    Manage and grow the company's social media presence by developing and posting regular content to engage with followers.
  4. Hiring and Recruitment
    Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, conduct remote interviews via Zoom based on set criteria, and coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process.
  5. Client Coordination
    Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries, follow up on sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling
    Maintain basic bookkeeping records and create and manage staff rosters and schedules.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in website management and SEO.
  2. A strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  3. Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation.
  6. Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  7. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
