We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for identifying and connecting with potential clients. This role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in target markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, social media messages, cold calling, and other communication methods.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of service offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lead generation or sales role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify potential leads.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional English accent.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and positive.
