Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely renewal of registration for all products, coordinating with other departments, and supporting in the approval process for packaging and promotional materials.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and experience in managing registrations and licenses.
  • You will be an excellent communicator and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Register new products and compile registration documentation.
  2. Ensure timely renewal of registration for all products (local and export).
  3. Renew drug manufacturing licenses.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies related to medicines and drugs.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with other departments within the company on behalf of the regulatory affairs department.
  6. Support in the approval process for packaging and promotional materials.
  7. Assist the RA Manager in obtaining authorizations and permissions from DRAP or other relevant authorities related to drug regulations.
  8. Facilitate approvals from DRAP for changes in registered drug documents, such as price adjustments, pack size modifications, packaging component changes, formulation updates, or changes in technical staff.
  9. Provide departmental support to other departments as needed.
  10. Prepare documents required for tenders.
  11. Perform any other tasks assigned by the RA Manager.
  12. Work to get approval and update the price of registered drugs according to new SROs and DRAP notifications.
