Regulatory Affairs Professional Role

This role involves developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with telecom sector regulations.

You will be responsible for engaging with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), government bodies, and internal stakeholders to influence public policy and manage regulatory risks.

Your primary goal is to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.

You will lead and coordinate with internal teams on collating data for regulatory reporting and filing to PTA, MoITT, and FAB.

Additionally, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various issues and manage numbering resources.

Assessing regulatory implications and providing input on strategic projects are also key responsibilities in this role.

This position requires strong regulatory operations and technical acumen, excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.

A Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or public policy is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in telecom regulatory affairs, public policy, or government relations.

Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as experience engaging with senior government officials and representatives.
