Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Manager to oversee compliance with regulatory requirements on a day-to-day basis.

The role involves liaising with clients, managing financial documents, and ensuring adherence to SECP and FBR regulations.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing SECP company registration and tax filings
  2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Liaising with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
  4. Managing financial documents and records

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in SECP corporate registration and tax compliance
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards of SECP and FBR
  • Excellent reporting and compliance experience in SECP and FBR
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (CA - Finalists, CA, ACCA Affiliates) is preferred
