Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and shortlist projects that align with our expertise
  • Compose personalized, convincing proposals to maximize the chances of winning
  • Engage with clients professionally and facilitate the conversion of proposals into awarded projects
  • Maintain consistency in securing projects and provide updates on bidding activity
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Upwork expert or proposal writer
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • A strong understanding of Upwork's platform, algorithms, and client psychology
  • The ability to work independently and meet targets
