Customer Relationship Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled customer relationship representative to join our team at a leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with order placement, refunds, or exchanges
  • Providing company information and answering customer inquiries
  • Taking payment information and other pertinent details such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Placing or canceling orders
  • Persuading customers to reconsider cancellation
  • Informing customers of deals and promotions
  • Selling products and services
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes

You will work closely with the customer service manager to ensure that proper customer service standards are being met. Additionally, you will compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
