Job Title: Customer Engagement Coordinator

">Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our customers and service delivery teams in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of service delivery align with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Completions domain, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor service delivery to guarantee it meets contractual terms, customer objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal technical teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Analyze customer job requirements and assess associated risks, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates and technical job proposals, highlighting value-added solutions and benefits.
  • Capture and manage customer job requests and feedback, utilizing this information to drive process improvements.
  • Monitor service quality and facilitate customer satisfaction reviews, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate documentation and field tickets, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Support forecasting for workforce, assets, and product demand specific to Completions, leveraging data analysis tools and expertise.
  • Identify and capture cross-Product Line sales leads and contribute to account planning, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer trends, staying ahead of industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Petroleum, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the oilfield services or energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of Completions operations and technologies, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in service delivery tracking systems and data analysis tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
