Software Development Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of software development technologies and methodologies.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for software development in alignment with business goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of software development technologies, trends, and best practices. Possess hands-on experience with coding and supporting the team.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of leading successful teams and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# .NET and Angular.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with international cultures.
