Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking experienced travel consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge in the latest sales and service infrastructure.

This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional results through customer service skills, airline booking expertise, and GDS systems proficiency.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate must have full command of various GDS systems including Sabre and Amadeus. With at least 8 years of experience in airline booking, Hajj and Umrah sales, and customer service skills, this opportunity is for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with company procedures for documentation, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and reissues.

- Reconfirm reservations to ensure accuracy at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of AMADEUS/SABRE system and travel agent experience.
  • Good faring, routing, ticketing, and hotel reservation skills.
  • Understanding of domestic/international airlines and routing.
  • Intimate knowledge of airline regulations and tariff structures.
  • Ability to analyze pricing options in multiple distribution channels.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to think critically under pressure while providing the highest level of service.
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
