Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.



About the Role

The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding business objectives, processes, and requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer needs and strategies through both formal and informal communication.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and manage essential project documentation, including issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates.
  • Information Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into detailed insights, and identify business process/system inefficiencies.
  • Requirements Documentation: Transform gathered information into clear and comprehensive business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation.
  • System Integration: Verify that system requirements align with business needs, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of new systems or system features.
  • Development and Testing Support: Work closely with developers to implement requirements, offer guidance to testers in developing test plans and cases, and ensure implemented solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business process documentation, design, and analysis; business process workflow preferable.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
