About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support and training to our clients.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support:
    • Analyze and resolve level 1 and level 2 technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
    • Troubleshoot software-related problems and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
    • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Customer Training:
    • Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions for new and existing clients.
    • Support the development of system-specific training materials, documentation, and resources.
    • Customize training sessions as directed to meet specific client needs and skill levels.
  • Software Expertise:
    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of software products.
    • Stay informed about software updates, changes, and new features.
    • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with the development team to improve software functionality.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical clients.
    • Provide timely updates to clients regarding their support inquiries.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Analyze and diagnose technical issues reported by clients to determine root causes.
    • Develop creative solutions to resolve software-related challenges and minimize downtime.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with fellow technical support team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in technical support.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software applications.
  • Prior experience in inbound technical support.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
