Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager HR will assist the HR Manager and ED HR & Admin with various tasks including:

  • Payroll processing: ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits
  • Benefits induction: managing benefits packages for employees, including mobile, fuel, OPD & IPD administration
  • HRMS: maintaining employee records, leave management, overtime, commissions, etc.
  • Final settlements: handling employee departures, exit interviews, and final settlement processes
  • Training needs analysis: identifying training requirements for employees and developing training plans
  • Performance appraisals: conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and setting goals
  • Organizational development: contributing to organizational development initiatives, such as change management, process improvement, and talent management
  • Employee engagement activities: planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition awards
  • Fleet management: overseeing fleet maintenance, vehicle registration, and driver management
  • Inventory management: managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and tracking stock
  • Housekeeping management: supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization of facilities
  • Vendor management: selecting, evaluating, and managing vendors for goods and services
  • Protocol management: coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Transfer and relocation management: assisting employees with transfers, relocations, and expatriate matters
