Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, creating original content, managing posts and ad campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling social media presence for various brands, ensuring high web traffic and customer engagement. They should stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, possessing excellent written and communication skills to express different views creatively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create social media calendars for all clients using planning tools and publish posts across platforms.
  2. Edit posts and content based on client feedback and ensure approval before publishing.
  3. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
  4. Oversee design elements of social media accounts, including cover images, profile pictures, and brand consistency.
  5. Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns, including boosted posts and ads.
  6. Develop and monitor custom audiences for each client and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Provide recommendations based on targeting capabilities, audience sizes, and KPIs.
  8. Stay informed about current trends and topics within the social media landscape to recommend content and identify opportunities or concerns.
  9. Prepare and deliver regular reports with metrics and analysis of social media channels.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency.
  11. Engage with followers, respond promptly to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency working with multiple brands is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social analytics and reporting tools.
