We are seeking a seasoned Virtual Enrollment and Financial Manager to drive excellence in our employment experiences.

This innovative role requires setting up virtual office tools and remote management strategies to support our fast-growing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bulk charges: checking records, scheduling changes, and terminations across all centres.
  • Updating records with correct schedules and deposits, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Subsidies: verifying government statements, notifying parents of expiring subsidies, and sending reminders for timely payment.
  • Third-party invoicing: sending timely invoices to ensure prompt payment before bulk charges.
  • Promotions: notifying parents of upcoming promotions and tuition fee increases.
  • Outstanding balances: reviewing and communicating with parents regarding payment status, updating applications with payments made.
  • Tuition tracking: reviewing and updating spreadsheets for each site, preparing Reasonability tests.
  • Contacting sites for inquiries and resolving claims adjustments for past government claims.
  • Collections: addressing outstanding balances from 2016 and older, reviewing accounts to follow up with parents.
  • Subsidy claims: submitting monthly child and staff claims to the government.

Job Requirements:

  • Remote office capabilities: secured internet connection, suitable computer, telephony, and virtual call applications.
  • 5+ years finance management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Educational management experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
