Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in truck dispatching, sales, or freight brokerage is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are crucial.
  • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and dispatching software is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently with a strong drive to meet targets.
