About the Role

Join our team in Islamabad to take on an exciting opportunity for a Cold Calling Appointment Setter. This is a contract-based on-site position that involves reaching out to UK-based businesses, introducing digital services, and setting appointments for our sales team.

As a key member of our high-impact campaigns targeting clients across the UK, you will play a vital role in generating leads and building the sales pipeline. If you have excellent communication skills, are persuasive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to UK businesses to introduce digital services and solutions
  • Set appointments with decision-makers for follow-up by the sales or account team
  • Accurately document call outcomes, manage CRM entries, and update lead status
  • Build rapport with potential clients while handling objections professionally
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry
  • Self-motivation with the ability to handle rejection positively
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with international clients or campaigns (especially UK) is a plus
  • Minimum: High school diploma; Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary between PKR 50,000 – 100,000, depending on experience and performance.
