Senior Administrative Officer

Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication:** Act as the first point of contact, responding to phone calls, emails, and taking messages on behalf of the manager.
- Scheduling:** Manage the manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and reminding them of important tasks and deadlines.
- Travel Arrangements:** Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, for the manager and other executives as needed.
- Event Coordination:** Organize events, speaking engagements, and business trips, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Correspondence:** Draft correspondence, including emails and letters, and take dictation during meetings.
- Reporting:** Create reports, presentations, and briefs to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Filing System:** Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for office documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Expense Management:** Collate and file business and travel expenses, facilitating accurate reimbursement.
- Client Liaison:** Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and internal and external clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
