Seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Roofing Specialist. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining roofs on various buildings in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify roofing issues and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
  • Utilize knowledge of roofing materials and techniques to install new roofs or repair existing ones
  • Evaluate roofs to ensure they are properly waterproofed and sealed to prevent leaks
  • Maintain regular inspections and perform maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of roofs
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Roofer or similar field, preferably with relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques, including shingles, tiles, and metal sheets
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
