This role requires a skilled professional to develop and execute direct response Paid Search campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and ongoing optimization for maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Paid Search strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gain insights into campaign-specific goals, targeting, and budgets.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign success, using performance signals to inform optimization regimens.
  • Drive Paid Search innovation within the team, identifying opportunities to improve automation and staying up-to-date on market trends.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hand-on bid-based buying and optimization across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven success with direct response Paid Search campaigns and expertise in attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with app campaign and Mobile Marketing Attribution preferred.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and comfortable dealing with data and reporting.
  • Reasonable availability to respond to requests and attend to real-time campaign needs outside normal business hours.
  • Ability to adapt to change and continually evolve skills to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive systems, specifically in Excel/Sheets.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying for.
  • Good to have experience in YouTube Campaign Management; Campaign Reporting & Insights; Performance Max (PMax) and Demand Gen Campaigns.
