We are seeking a skilled Digital Engagement Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating high-quality content, and optimizing company pages across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan through research, platform analysis, and audience identification.
  • Create engaging daily content that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community participation.
  • Optimize company profiles on social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Moderate user-generated content according to our moderation policy.
  • Plan and schedule editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Analyze social data, insights, and best practices to continuously improve our online presence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer orientation with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
