Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an Engagement and Culture Specialist to drive a positive and dynamic workplace culture. This role is responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, fostering a strong company culture, and ensuring an inclusive and motivating work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee well-being, internal communications, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, social events, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and recommend improvements.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  • Foster a strong company culture that aligns with Inbox Business Technologies' mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content that showcases company culture for employer branding efforts.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure transparency and effective information flow within the organization.
  • Organize and execute company-wide events, including town halls, team-building activities, and leadership connect sessions.
  • Create engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with HR teams to support talent development, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs focused on cultural alignment and leadership development.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring all HR policies and programs align with the company's values and employee experience goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, corporate culture, or internal communications.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, employee engagement platforms, and internal communication tools.
  • Creativity and innovation in designing engagement and culture-building initiatives.
