Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our target audience.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, creative, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to meet specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster community interaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach, conversions, etc.) to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Social Listening: Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations about the brand, competitors, and industry, and use insights to adjust strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve any potential issues or negative feedback that arise on social media to protect the brand's reputation.
