Sales Leadership Role

This position requires a professional to oversee business development activities in a call center, handling telemarketing sales, building relationships with new and prospective clients, enhancing client experience, and managing a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring customers receive satisfactory service.

Job Specifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Regularly tour the sales floor, interacting with colleagues and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues.
  3. Lead efforts to maximize profitability and meet sales targets by analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
  4. Retail existing customers and develop a new customer base through targeted sales strategies.
  5. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, maintaining accurate records of sales and productivity.
  6. Address staffing issues in conjunction with HR, including interviewing, appraisals, and performance reviews.
  7. Empower and motivate team members to increase sales and efficiency.

Required Skills:
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree required.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in team leading/supervising a call center is necessary.
  3. Pleasant, positive, and confident personality traits are essential.
  4. Strong communication, organizational, IT, and presentation skills are required.
  5. Ability to handle pressure, achieve sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service is crucial.
