Sales Representative - Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Representative - Market Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and seizing new business opportunities, expanding our reach in various market segments, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, emerging market trends, and competitive insights.
  2. New Customer Acquisition: Identify and target new customers, including marriage halls, catering services, and superstores.
  3. Presentation and Demonstration: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  4. Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  7. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer input and market observations.
Job Specification
  1. A proven track record in sales, preferably in the food or related industry.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Strong knowledge of the rice industry and market trends.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
