Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to lead our U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in follow-up with insurance companies, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and minimizing outstanding balances.

They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and U.S. billing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve unpaid and denied claims by working closely with U.S. insurance companies.
  • Post payments (EOB/ERA) and reconcile accounts accurately.
  • Work AR aging reports to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections performance.
