Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong vendor relationships through regular email, call and text communication.
  • Arrange photo-shoots if vendors fail to provide quality images.
  • Conduct timely stock updates to avoid order cancellations due to stock-outs.
  • Maintain follow-up on all promotions.
  • Manage vendor payments by sending invoices at the end of payment cycles.
  • Foster sustainable trust with vendors by improving communication and leveraging effective negotiation skills to minimize conflict resolution and risk.
  • Negotiate contracts and commissions with vendors to achieve mutual value while protecting the company's interests.
  • Coordinate with the legal team for contract administration, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and prevention.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors based on mutually beneficial business methods and requirements.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, project management, time management and organizational skills.
