About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information. You will also utilize comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with previous experience in customer service or a similar role being a plus. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
