Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Fleet Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the transport facility of Manager & above cars, including periodic maintenance and servicing. They will ensure all vehicles and equipment in the fleet are properly maintained, registered, licensed, and tested.

  1. Transport Facility Management: Manage the fleet of vehicles to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
  2. Maintenance and Servicing: Oversee the periodic maintenance and servicing of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  3. Registration and Licensing: Ensure that all vehicles in the fleet are registered and licensed as required by law.
  4. Van Inspections: Conduct regular van inspections to identify any issues or defects.
  5. Employee Queries: Address employee queries regarding the pick-up and drop-off facility.
  6. Route Maintenance: Visit employee routes and maintain a log sheet of all contract vehicles.
  7. Pick and Drop Roster: Prepare weekly pick and drop roster and maintain it as per the shift schedule.
  8. Fleet Management Activities: Perform all fleet management activities such as procurement, repair, maintenance, and servicing according to priority, ensuring compliance with established rules and legal regulations.
  9. Vehicle Issues: Discuss vehicle issues with departments and ensure timely resolution of relevant conflicts.
  10. Vendor Contracts: Prepare contracts/agreements with transport/rent-a-car vendors.
  11. Tax Compliance: Ensure payment of taxes and other government levies before their due dates.
