We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in providing exceptional culinary services to patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff. This includes cooking, plating, and presenting dishes to the highest standard. In addition to meal preparation, the Cook will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any issues or concerns to management.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A matriculation or equivalent qualification, preferably with a certificate or training in cookery from a recognized institution
  • At least four years of relevant experience in a hospital, hotel, airline, or restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of menus, recipes, preparation terminologies, and quantity cooking techniques
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles
  • Ability to operate kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Urdu and English
  • A respectful attitude towards supervisors and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and willingness to work in shifts
